Subject: How can I share the Bayesian Knowledge from one MDaemon server to another server?
Product(s): MDaemon

Option 1
You can either copy the \bayes folder from the first MDaemon server to the second. Be sure to restart MDaemon to let it “see” the Bayesian knowledge.
Option 2
You could let both servers share the same Bayesian information. To do this, the computers will need to be connected via a mapped drive. Then have server2 refer to it in the local.cf file: bayes_path E:\MDaemon\SpamAssassin\bayes\bayes Obviously you’d need to change the path to reflect the appropriate drive at your location. Again, be sure to restart MDaemon after making these changes.

*Please Note:The Bayesian learning is a feature of MDaemon 6.8x and above and is part of the built-in Spam Filter.
