WinGate VPN is licensed based on the number of users on your LAN(s) who will be participating in the VPN. Every LAN or remote User that will be part of the VPN needs a separate license. For instance if you want to join two office LANs together using WinGate VPN, you will need one WinGate VPN Gateway license for each LAN that has more than a single user. If you also wish to allow a VPN connection from a mobile or single machine, you would use a 1 single-user license for that computer (these are also available in multi-packs for ease of use when you have a number of remote users).
